Okay, well yesterday i was doing some drills...and yeah sliding on a down hill surface (a ditch for my example) isnt a good idea. Well i attempted it..and it was a epic fail...the barrel got about all the way into the dirt (the hole tip was submerged in the earth) and from there, i don't remember much...just me doing a flip.. well when I get back up my whole chest is hurting...i look its red my face as well.. i look at my ego..its in the ground...and the frame is bent! just like that epic fail dive that T-Willi posted on the Video forms.

Well..after cussing out loud and neighbors looking and the land Lord. I go back inside and look at the damage. for one i was surprised my virtue board didn't crack... but all of the rubber on my grips were gone..like the only think was left is the plastic skeleton.
Well i look at my frame...i was astonished that is want all that bad. its not completely bent to the left here the tank i perpendicular to the body. Just slightly.. I called up PE. they were closed.

so i try today, Jared is the guys name who is the god of teching egos, if i am correct he is the Representative for PE here in the USA, i think so because he was talking about him having to go to the UK so he couldn't work on my ego anytime soon. Well anyway, surprisingly he has an 07 dust blue frame! i was like holy mother of Jesus...they have an 07 frame...in MY COLOR still IN STOCK! then he broke the news to me, it would be 88 to buy the frame. well, much less then i thought. I was thinking 125, 150... well anyway now to the DYI


Jared told me thought that my frame wasn't epically bent up like most, i am lucky my board didn't break. Being the frame is made of aluminum, if you put it in a rubber vice and use a hot air gun (blow dryer worked put then again my mom is hair freak and puts too much money into hair products) and heat up the frame till its hot to the touch, NOT SCORCHING RED! then bend it to place. don't put it in water. let the frame cool by its self.

I did it and it worked!! frame is good as new..well besides the grips.

So there you go PE has some good customer service and great guns, they were explaining to me how its a safety feature...the guns are made to do that because if the frame didn't bend the tank would break off the reg, there for having 4,000 pound of pressure flying to your face, either A. kill you or B. -=censored=- you face up pretty damn bad.

they did this because in psp 04 or 05 (he wasn't sure) backplayer did his Oliver land wanna be jump, superman in the air, and dive and screwed up his gun was not designed to flex. so the tank broke off the red, thus letting the tank hit him in the knee (screwing it up pretty bad) and the tank rebounded and hit his other player across from him in the ankle and then rebounded again and hit ANOTHER player in the hip, then finally all the pressure escaped and the tank was at a rest..

so think about it...risk killing/injuring you or you teammates

or have a frame that bends and you can pay a fee to fix it...

It doesn't even have to be going down hil, just a bad dive in general will bend a frame.

thats true, it bends when the barrel of your gun goes in the ground thus putting all your weight on the frame.

and not all tournaments are flat bro. atleast not a Dan's Land for Gfoa

yeah playing at Dan's Land wasnt all that much fun...i think they made the snake like that becuase S1 had it but S2 didnt. so it made more snake player tempted to go to S2...i am not sure 100% sure if that was the reason... but, really didnt care becuase getting to s2 off break was pretty easy if you were fast enough.
